Order Processing and Shipping

Once an order is placed, it is validated and sent to our processing department. Typically, orders take 4-5 working days to be shipped. We currently charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 199 on all orders. Conditions may apply during sales or promotions.

For international orders, the usual shipping time is around 1 week. Orders within Pakistan are delivered in 2-3 working days. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as metropolitan conditions or other uncontrollable factors. All orders are shipped via reputable courier companies, and you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Credit card orders require up to 48 working hours for bank verification.


Lost Packages in Transit

If your order is lost in transit, Slevez will investigate with the shipping carrier. This process may take 2-3 days. If the package cannot be located, we will offer a replacement.


Damaged or Stolen Products in Shipping

A product is considered damaged if it arrives with material damage, such as tears or physical harm. A product is considered stolen if the package is delivered open or empty. In either case, please contact our Customer Support team. We will investigate the issue and may request a digital photo of the package or any other proof to process your claim.


Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order anytime before it is processed.

Slevez reserves the right to cancel orders for the following reasons:

  • Out-of-stock items
  • Pricing discrepancies
  • Shipping cost differences
  • Technical errors

In case of cancellation, any payments made via bank transfer or credit/debit card will be refunded within 20 days of the order cancellation.
